wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. sie war total schön und gemütlich eingerichtet & wir haben uns wirklich direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. die Kommunikation mit Luiza und William war toll, man konnte die beiden alles fragen (auch Tipps für Unternehmungen etc.) und hat immer direkt eine Antwort bekommen. würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

My guests and I had such a wonderful and peaceful stay here. The accommodations not only met but truly exceeded our expectations, with every detail exactly as described—and even more thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Luiza and William were incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive throughout our visit, which made the experience even more special. I would absolutely stay here again and will gladly recommend this place to family and friends visiting the area.

Luiza & William's place was exactly what I needed for my one night stay! It was so beautifully decorated - awesome curb appeal and the private entrance is such a great touch. The address was very easy to find with GPS, quiet surroundings and close to a ton of shops and restaurants. The space was very clean and organized, everything in its place - linens in both the bathroom and bedroom were also very clean. I didn't get the chance to go out and enjoy the little patio but it was so idyllic - complete with lights to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee for early mornings. I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much for having me!

Loved our stay in Luiza & William’s place! It has everything you need in a home from home. The house was well decorated and spacious which was great as there were seven of us. The location was ideal and within walking distance of Little Havana and only a short ride or cheap Uber into Miami centre. There were also lots of amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets in the area (which is a quiet neighborhood). Highly recommended and thanks for hosting us!

This place was absolutely a little slice of heaven. Extremely clean and well put together. They really thought of everything from extra towels to kitchen essentials and then some. It was such a peaceful location I would definitely would book again 10/10. 🩷

The house is humongous and beautiful - perfect for a big group. They had all the basics you could ask for - I appreciated that. They were very responsive to all our needs.

A group of 7 of us stayed and had the best visit! Their place is so beautifully decorated - we all felt right at home. The 4 bedrooms / 3 baths was the perfect size for our group. The house was fully equipped with everything we could have needed, and more. Perfectly located in proximity to all the popular restaurants and neighborhoods you’ll want to visit will in Miami while feeling like a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay again!

It was beautiful inside and the backyard was really nice as well! I love that there was complimentary ear plus in each bedroom and towels for use. The house was clean and neatly organized.

We had a great time in Luiza & Williams’s place. The house is very spacious, beds are comfortable and bedding is soft. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. The pool area very inviting and definitely has a vacation feel. Location was excellent for our purposes and there are grocery stores and pharmacy within a short drive. The cherry on top is the easy clear communications with the hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend Luiza & William place we will certainly be back.

Todo estuvo perfecto. Las atenciones de Luiza y William fueron excelentes desde el primer momento. El lugar estaba impecable, muy bien equipado y fue justo lo que necesitábamos para descansar. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa y sin duda volveríamos encantados. ¡Gracias por todo!
